Our Team

Bill Freeman


 Bill Freeman has worked in the construction industry for over 40 years. He began his career in 1976 working for a framing and concrete contractor and soon after started his own company, Freemans Construction, Inc. His extensive knowledge and experience allow him to build the highest quality home from start to finish. Bill oversees all aspects of the company. 


Brandon Freeman

Project Manager

Brandon Freeman is our field project manager. He began working with Freeman’s Construction, Inc. in 2008. Brandon takes all our projects once the design is completed and puts them into production. He provides an exceptionally enjoyable build process for everyone he works with and his number one goal is to exceed our clients’ expectations and deliver them a new home that is on time and on budget. 

Missy Miller

Project Coordinator

Missy Miller joined our team in May of 2012. She supports our Project Managers and is responsible for all job related administrative functions throughout the project. She also assists our clients during their project with the selection process, pricing and change orders. Missy makes sure that each job runs smoothly for both our clients and our Project Managers.


Dawn Stewart

AP/AR & Payroll Specialist

Dawn is the AP/AR and payroll specialist. She handles all the AP, AR, payroll and daily office duties. With her experience in accounting and office administrative rolls she makes sure the accounting department runs smoothly.

Justin Ortiz

Pre-Construction Coordinator

Justin heads up our estimating & preconstruction department. He is in charge of making sure the plans, design, selection & estimating process is completed on time and is an enjoyable process for everyone of the families we build a home for. 


Katrina Mabini


Katrina assists with all the estimating & preconstruction processes. She is in charge of organizing, updating, and monitoring our project management software and obtaining all the bids for our projects. She does an excellent job making sure our projects come in on budget.

Breanna Griffin

Marketing Manager

Breanna is the Marketing Manager at Freeman’s Construction Inc. She is well organized and passionate about helping our customers find and build a home that they love.

Patricia Bustillo

Executive Assistant

Patricia works as an executive assistant and marketing assistant at Freeman’s Construction Inc. She makes sure all the important details get taken care of.

Brian Freeman

Construction Manager

Brian Freeman began working with Freemans Construction, Inc. in 2000. Brian heads up all of the sales and marketing. His knowledge of the pre-construction processes helps our customers navigate through the county and city building and planning departments so they can get their projects built.
